To see results per industry, your clients need to have an industry assigned to them. š” Learn how to add or update the industry for your clients
Use Reporting to see how your clients and teams in a specific client industry are performing, and what is driving their health scores.
Apply the PERIOD and INDUSTRIES filters
-> Go to Reporting
-> Using the `PERIODĀ“ filter, select the relevant time `PeriodĀ“ and `Data affiliationĀ“
-> Then, use the `INDUSTRIESĀ“ filter, select the industry you want to look into and click -> `ApplyĀ“.
The insights available in the Snapshot Dashboard
The `SNAPSHOTĀ“ dashboard now lets you dive into the health scores, response and coverage rates, and driver scores for that client industry.
The HEALTH SCORE SEGMENTATION module in the Snapshot Dashboard lets you dig further into the clients in the selected industry. Here you can get even deeper client insights by segmenting your data into only looking at which clients or teams have Red, Yellow or Green health scores and understand how they have scored on the different drivers.

-> Simply click on a segment in the circle diagram, and your dashboard will update to show insights only for that selected period, industry and health segment.

-> You can also use the `SCORESĀ“ filter to see Red/Yellow/Green clients or teams in that industry.
The insights available in the Trends Dashboard
If you want to learn how the health metrics have moved over time in that client industry, simply navigate to the Trends Dashboard.
Here you can see how all the health metrics and driver scores have changed over time.
You can also click on the different health segments in the listed periods to see which clients were Red/Yellow/Green in the client industry in that given time period.
š” If you have great health and driver scores, these are highly usable in potential new business pitches for that client industry.
Locate the Client Leaders with the highest Client and/or Team health in that client industry
If you have access to a large data set across multiple or all clients, industries, client leaders and maybe even across multiple offices and brands, you can get even more granular insights.

For instance, if you want to learn which Client Leaders have the highest Client and/or Team health scores in a certain client industry, use the `SCORESĀ“ and `CLIENT LEADERSĀ“ filters.
For example, to see which client leaders have the highest client health scores, click -> `SCORESĀ“ -> `Client HealthĀ“ -> `GreenĀ“, then click -> `CLIENT LEADERSĀ“ to see the list of client leaders with green client health scores, and select the client leader you want to look at.
